Pal of MineSubmitted by bobtrebus on Wed, 2007-01-10 23:06.
DEDICATED TO THE MEMORY OF MYÂ FATHER 1850-1918
I've just been thinking, Oh! Pal of mine, Of our days afield in the bright sunshine Last spring; when we two trudged along And tuned our golf to nature's song; Oh! Pal of mine. And now you're sleeping, Oh! Pal of mine. But I know right well, when it comes my time For passing on; you're sure to be Just sort of waiting 'round for me; Oh! Pal of mine.
