It is believed that Tilly's friend Scott Chisholm, was also an Associate Editor for the magazine and helped Tilly secure this post. Tilly would write a column for this magazine through February of 1940.

The magazine's publication office was at 112 West Ninth Street, Los Angeles, California. The editorial office was in the Central Building in Seattle Washington. The Editor was Alex C. Rose and George Samerjan was the Art Director.
